What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and any details you share about your care needs or job application. We ask you not to include medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, or insurance IDs in web forms.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your request — to contact you about care, answer your question, or process your application. We do not sell your personal information, ever.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only if you check the SMS-consent box on a form. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to texting is never a condition of receiving care.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and similar aggregate behavior. We do not send your name, contact details, or any health-related information to analytics providers. Your text-size preference is stored locally in your browser.

How your data is protected

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and delivered to our intake team by email. We retain submissions only as long as needed to serve your request or as required by law.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing care@imperialhome.care.
